JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Infrastructure Monitoring & AvailabilityEnsure continuous availability of all platform environments.Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and connectivity.Proactively identify and mitigate infrastructure risks.Monitor servers, containers, databases, network connectivity, and platform services.Investigate abnormal system behavior and performance degradation.Maintain operational dashboards and monitoring systems.Participate in platform capacity planning activities.Environment AdministrationAdminister development, testing, staging, DR, and production environments.Maintain infrastructure configurations and operational documentation.Perform routine environment maintenance activities.Support deployment and configuration of application components.Manage environment access according to security requirements.Support environment provisioning and refresh activities.Incident ManagementParticipate in operational incident response.Investigate infrastructure, application, connectivity, and deployment issues.Perform root cause analysis of incidents.Coordinate incident resolution with development and support teams.Support post-incident reviews and corrective actions.Maintain incident records and operational knowledge base.CI/CD SupportSupport software deployment pipelines.Monitor CI/CD platform health and execution.Troubleshoot deployment failures.Assist development teams with release activities.Support automated build and deployment processes.Participate in release preparation and production deployment activities.Infrastructure TroubleshootingDiagnose infrastructure and connectivity issues.Investigate application performance problems.Analyze logs and monitoring data.Support database connectivity troubleshooting.Support network and security troubleshooting activities.Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.Operational SupportSupport daily platform operations.Assist business and operational users with technical issues.Participate in maintenance windows and operational activities.Support disaster recovery testing activities.Verify platform readiness after releases and infrastructure changes.Maintain operational runbooks and support procedures.
