By creating an account or using AUPP Alumni Connect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of AUPP Alumni Connect after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

AUPP Alumni Connect is exclusively available to:

• Alumni: Graduates of the American University of Phnom Penh
• Students: Currently enrolled students at AUPP
• Faculty & Staff: Current and former AUPP employees
• Approved Partners: Organizations and individuals approved by AUPP administration

All accounts are subject to verification. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to users who do not meet eligibility requirements or provide false information.

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Each user must have their own individual account.

You agree to use AUPP Alumni Connect in a manner consistent with its purpose as a professional networking platform. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Spam or send unsolicited promotional messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or collect user data without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of content you post on AUPP Alumni Connect. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

Content including job postings, event announcements, and news articles may be subject to moderation and approval by AUPP administrators.

AUPP Alumni Connect, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by the American University of Phnom Penh. The AUPP name, logo, and branding are trademarks of AUPP.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using AUPP Alumni Connect, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from the platform, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before termination when possible.

AUPP Alumni Connect is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of user-provided information
• Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation
• The quality or legitimacy of job postings or opportunities
• The behavior or credentials of other users

You use the platform at your own risk. AUPP shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Unified Connect.
